The REPC is the document used to make an offer on a house.  It shows how much earnest money you are putting down, how much your total purchase price is (how much you think the house is worth) and a lot of other things.  By looking over the form now, it won't take as long to make an offer and you will be familiar with the terms and conditions of the form.
