This form is also filled out by the seller on all houses built prior to 1978. It must be given to an potential buyer prior to their writing an offer on the house.  The buyer's agent is responsible for obtaining this form and previewing it with the buyer.  In addition, the buyers agent is responsible to give the Federal Lead-Based Paint Pamphlet to the buyer prior to their writing an offer on a house built prior to 1978.
