Persons buying primary residence homes in the Ogden Target Area can qualify for $4,000.00 zero
interest, deferred payment loans to assist with their purchase.
Persons buying primary residence homes in the Specified Target Neighborhoods can qualify for $6,000.00 zero interest, deferred payment loans to assist with their purchase.
Sworn Ogden City Police Officers and Ogden City Fire Fighters can qualify for $10,000.00 zero interest, deferred payment loans to assist with their purchase when buying in the target area.
